ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

Ingredients:

1lb raw pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp Calm The F Down - Adaptogenic Herb Compound

few sprinkles of sea salt to taste

Process:

Preaheat oven to 350 degrees

In a mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together.

Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spread seed mixture evenly onto sheet.

Roast for 5 minutes. Stir and roast another 2-4 minutes.  The seeds should be fragrant, crispy and lighter green and light brown.

Sprinkle these on salads, tuna, eggs, avocado toast.
