PROTEIN BANANA BREAD



Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups Pamela's GF Baking Mix

1/4 cup Ora Organic so lean & so clean vanilla vegan protein powder

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

t tbsp vanilla 

2 over ripe bananas smashed with a fork 

1/2 bag vegan mini chocolate chips - Enjoy Life is the best

Instructions:

Combine milk and vinegar in a small ball and let sit while you prep the rest of the ingredients.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sift baking mix and protein powder together in a large bowl.

in a separate bowl combine smashed bananas, vanilla and milk vinegar combo.  slow add the baking mix mixture until the batter is thick and smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spread into a parchment lined loaf pan.  Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 30 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
