PROTEIN GREENS SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

Handful of frozen peaches

Handful of fresh spinach

1 scoop of plant based protein powder (I like Ora Organic Vanilla)

8 oz of almond milk 

1 banana

1 tbsp chia seeds (steep in 3 tbsp of water first for easy digestion and absorption) 

Instructions:

Blend everything in a blender and voila!

You can sub peaches for any fruit.
