2 cups riced cauliflower

1 can lump crab meat drained

2 handfuls arugala

1/4 cup olive oil

2 shallots diced

2 tbsp lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon 

1 tsp Calm The F Down

1/4 tsp paprika

warm a saute’ pan over medium high heat.

add olive oil and shallots. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add cauliflower and spices to pan. Press cauliflower into bottom of pan and allow to crisp on the bottom. Stir and press cauliflower into pan again. Cook another 6-10 minutes. Add lump crab and lemon juice and combine. Let cook another 3 minutes. Incorporate arugula and lemon zest. Cook just until arugula is wilted.
