1 pint fresh blueberries 

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tbsp brown or coconut sigar


2 cups walnut 

1 cup GF oats 

1/2 cup any flour (I’ve used coconut, oat and gf baking)

1/4 cup brown or coconut sugar 

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup Miyokos vegan butter melted


preheat oven to 375 degrees.

in a large bowl combine all the inside ingredients.
spread evenly into the bottom of a glass or ceramic pie dish.

Pulse walnuts and oats in a food processor 10 times. 
pour mixture into same large bowl you used to combine the inside ingredients. Add flour, sugar salt and butter. Stir until the dry ingredients is coated with the butter. Spread over blueberry mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes. Blueberries will be bubbling and top will be firm. 
Eat warm or cold!
