Ingredients:
1 lbs of chicken breast tenders - you can use thinly sliced breasts and cut them in 2.
1/4 cup of olive oil
spices - any spices. I love Low Fodmap but I've used taco seasoning, italian seasoning, lemon pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degreees. Place chicken into glass baking dish. Pour the olive oil over the chicken. Sprinkle with any seasoning. turn over and sprinkle again making sure each piece is generously coated with seasoning and olive oil.
bake for 20 minutes. The chicken should be 165 degrees internally. Use a meat thermometer.
I use this basic recipe for tacos, chicken and rice, or on salad.
