BEST DONUTS EVER

VEGAN GLUTEN FREE DONUTS

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups oat flour

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted

1/2 cup light brown sugar or coconut sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 tsp fine sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease donut pan with coconut oil

Stir all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

with a small spatula, scoop dough into donut pan, making sure the dough is distributed evenly.  This 

Bake for approx 15-16 minutes.  The donuts will be slightly golden and spongy to the touch.

Options: sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar
