Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage - thinly sliced or use a mandolin (this will give the best texture)
3 red apples - diced
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Toss everything in a large bowl. Refrigerate and allow the flavors to marinate for at least an hour.
