GRANOLA OVERNIGHT OATS

Apples granola overnight oats

Ingredients:

1 apple cubed

1/2 cup Fitchick Granola original

1 cup almond milk unsweetened

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (totally optional)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cardamom 

a pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in cup or bowl.  Shake well and refrigerate overnight.  

Stir and enjoy!
