Seabass Tacos

Ridiculously yummy and healthy sea bass tacos

2  - .5 lb seabass filets (can substitute with halibut)
2 - ripe avocados (hass is best)
1 cup black beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 corn tortillas
Olive oil
Pico de gallo or Old Bay or Spicy Spike seasoning
Hot sauce
Pre-heat grill on high for 5 minutes
Coat seabass filets with olive oil on each side
Sprinkle generously with season of your choice above
Grill filets 5 minutes per side or unit they flake apart easily
Chop avocados into 1 inch pieces
Rinse beans with cool water and drain
Heat olive oil in a skillet on med high
Cook each tortilla until the ends begin to curl - approx 2 min on first side and 1 minute on the second side.
Chop filets into bite size pieces
place a handful of sea bass, avocado, beans, cheese into each tortilla.  Sprinkle with hot sauce.
