Quinoa FitChick Granola Breakfast bowl

Quinoa granola breakfast bowl with blueberries and peaches

Ingredients:

1/2 c quinoa (prepared according to package instructions. I prefer Bob’s Red Mill or True roots)

1 pat of grass-fed salted butter ( I prefer Vital Farms with sea salt)

handful of blueberries

handful of peaches

1/2 c almond milk

1/2 c FitChick Granola

combine quinoa, butter and almond milk in a microwave safe bowl. Nuke for 1 min or until butter is melted. 

Add granola and fresh fruit and stir.

options:

if using frozen fruit, heat with the quinoa and add another minute to cook time.

apples and cinnamon

mangos and coconut flakes

vegan: use Earth’s Balance  organic soy free buttery spread.
