GLUTEN FREE VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH BITES

Gluten free vegan cookie dough bites

1 cup of oat flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup of miyokos sea salt cultured butter - room temp (you can certainly use regular butter too)

1 tbsp vanilla

1 cup Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips (best chocolate chips ever)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Spread flour onto baking sheet covered in parchment paper.  Bake flour for 10 minutes stirring every 2-3 minutes to heat evenly. This heating process will eliminate any bacteria.  It's a safety measure and highly recommended. 

Using a standup mixer with paddle attachment, beat butter and sugar together on high for 4-5 minutes.  Scrape down the sides each minute.  Add vanilla and beat for 1 minute. 

Manually fold in flour until well incorporated.  Fold in chocolate chips. Form into bite size balls and refrigerate for at least and hour.
