1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cp almond milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Vanilla protein powder (I used Form Performance Protein)
f1/4 tsp of Calm The F Down - Adaptogenic Herb Compound
Dollop of coconut yogurt (I used Coco June)
Blend everything except yogurt in a high powered blender. Add ice or more blueberries if you want it thicker.
Top with coconut yogurt and enjoy!
